Allows open containers at certain markets

To amend sections 4301.01, 4301.03, 4301.21, and 4301.62 and to enact section 4301.244 of the Revised Code to establish exemptions to the Open Container Law regarding beer or intoxicating liquor purchased from specified D liquor permit holders and consumed on the premises of a market that meets specified conditions, to eliminate the maximum permitted alcohol content of beer, and to establish labeling requirements for beer containing higher alcohol content.
