House Bill 223
Regards transfers of structured settlement payment rights
To amend sections 2109.41, 2323.58, 2323.581, 2323.582, 2323.583, 2323.584, 2323.585, 2323.586, 2323.587, and 4705.09 of the Revised Code relative to transfers of structured settlement payment rights and relative to the placement of fiduciary funds in interest on lawyer's trust accounts.
