Modify Board of Pharmacy and controlled substances laws

To amend sections 109.572, 109.71, 119.03, 149.43, 149.45, 1751.68, 2907.02, 2907.05, 2925.01, 2925.09, 2925.11, 2925.23, 2925.34, 3313.752, 3345.41, 3707.50, 3709.01, 3719.01, 3719.04, 3719.05, 3719.06, 3719.061, 3719.07, 3719.09, 3719.12, 3719.40, 3719.41, 3719.43, 3719.44, 3719.811, 3796.01, 3923.602, 4729.01, 4729.04, 4729.19, 4729.46, 4729.51, 4729.52, 4729.53, 4729.54, 4729.55, 4729.553, 4729.69, 4729.90, 4731.97, 4765.06, 5164.34, and 5164.7511, to enact sections 3709.011, 3709.42, 3719.45, and 4729.691, and to repeal section 4730.51 of the Revised Code to modify the laws pertaining to regulation of controlled substances; to make other changes in the laws administered by or related to the State Board of Pharmacy; to authorize the use of credit cards and alternate titles by boards of health; to modify the authority of the State Board of Emergency Medical, Fire, and Transportation Services to transmit data; to modify the web site information maintained by the State Medical Board; and to permit Medicaid providers to employ certain persons despite criminal records check requirements; to amend the version of section 2925.03 of the Revised Code that is scheduled to take effect June 29, 2019, and to amend section 3719.41 of the Revised Code on the date that is twelve months after the effective date of this act.
